To make a bug report useful, include the app name, your iPhone model, your iOS version, and what you did right before the problem showed up. A screenshot or screen recording helps more than a description.

Restoring a purchase

Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, not to a login with us. If you've reinstalled an app or moved to a new iPhone, open the app, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with.

Refunds

Apple handles all App Store refunds, and we can't issue one directly. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something is broken, email us first — a fix is usually faster.

Deleting your data

App data lives on your device. Deleting an app removes its data with it. If an app stores anything in your iCloud account, you can remove it in iOS Settings under your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.

iCloud sync

Apps that sync use your own iCloud account. If something isn't appearing on a second device, check that you're signed into the same Apple Account on both and that iCloud Drive is enabled for the app in iOS Settings. Sync can take a minute on a slow connection.

Read Pray Grow

A daily verse, prayer list, and journal, with Scripture memorization and Apple Watch support. Requires iOS 26.4 or later.

Common questions: verses sync between iPhone and Watch automatically, but the Watch needs to be in range of the phone at least once after you add them. If your journal entries or memorized verses are missing on a second device, check that iCloud Drive is on for the app in iOS Settings. Use Export in Settings before switching phones if you want a local backup.

FaithGrow Kids

A toolkit for Sunday school teachers and kids ministry leaders: songs, verse memorization, picture stories, quizzes, and full class programs. Requires iOS 26 or later.

Common questions: for projecting, connect over AirPlay or HDMI and present in landscape — the screen stays awake during a class. Songs import from CSV and quizzes from plain text. If a class won't advance from the Apple Watch remote, make sure both devices are on the same iCloud account and the app is open on the presenting device.

ExerGrow

A workout builder and tracker with a guided player, Apple Watch support, and Scripture throughout. Not yet released — this section will be filled in when it ships.

Kids Grow Stories

Interactive Bible stories for young children, with narration and an age toggle. Not yet released — this section will be filled in when it ships.
